Sparks HVAC, a premium HVAC company in Denver, initially used the Jobber platform for field service management. However, the licensing costs and lack of customization options typical of off-the-shelf software prompted them to seek a proprietary solution tailored to their specific business needs.
Our Solution
Digital Radium understood their fieldwork process and created wireframes for their custom software. After incorporating their feedback, we developed high-fidelity designs.
Following the design phase, our team of architects and developers utilized the Laravel framework and Angular front end to construct a tailored field service management software. This software includes admin and portal user roles, as well as features such as scheduling, field data collection, invoicing, and payment collection. The initial version of the software is currently live, and we are actively developing additional features for the second version based on client requirements.
