At Digital Radium, we proposed implementing Zoho One, which encompasses the essential tools within the Zoho Ecosystem. This effectively transitioned their existing stack to Zoho. We customized Zoho CRM to meet their specific needs, migrated their existing database, and set up workflows to manage client relationships, process sales orders, receive payments, and more. This streamlined their business processes.

To support their outreach strategy, we implemented Zoho Marketing Automation. This multi-touch, multi-channel marketing automation tool aids in lead generation, nurturing, customer journey mapping, and segmentation. Based on their strategy, we configured optimized and personalized customer journeys. With the integration of workflows, a marketing planner, and multi-channel marketing, Strategicom improved customer retention, engagement, and prospect nurturing more effectively.
