US Quality Construction faced several operational challenges in their sales and marketing departments. Premature lead conversions due to missing conditions led to disorganized lead tracking and missed opportunities. Manual scheduling of follow-up meetings slowed down the sales cycle, causing delays and lost deals. Inconsistent deal naming confused and hindered decision-making. Additionally, the manual process of creating URLs for Zoho Campaigns was error-prone, leading to broken links and poor campaign performance. Delays in proposal management further slowed the proposal-to-deal process, risking lost clients and revenue growth issues.
We implemented a customized Zoho CRM solution for US Quality Construction to streamline their sales and marketing processes. This included a Lead Conversion Button Control with Canvas rules to ensure data accuracy before conversion, automated scheduling of follow-up meetings via Deluge scripts, and an automated deal naming function for consistency. We also automated URL generation for Zoho Campaigns to minimize errors and integrated Zoho Flow with a webhook to capture proposal PDFs from Leap to Deal. This tailored solution improved lead tracking, reduced manual errors and positioned the business for future growth.
