To address these issues, Digital Radium implemented Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator to automate processes and streamline operations, aiming to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data management.
To address inefficiencies, the loan brokerage agency, along with Digital Radium, implemented Zoho CRM and related tools, significantly enhancing their operations. Zoho CRM streamlined lead management, allowing employees to process up to 90 leads daily, a fourfold increase. Key features included automated lead generation via a custom website form, automated document collection, and a custom partner portal for submitting and tracking leads. Automated telephonic integration improved customer communication, while marketing automation enabled targeted outreach. The integration of essential details into the dashboard facilitated better financial tracking.
Also, we have facilitated digital signatures in their stack to speed up the process of signing deals. The custom partner portal also has a feature where the deals are sent to multiple vendors with a single click. The deals with different vendors can also be managed within the tech stack. These solutions, guided by Digital Radium, have greatly improved the agency's efficiency and business growth.
